Background:
Pensilva Primary School is situated to the north of Liskeard. The original buildings dates back to 1913 and has always been involved in community activities. The newer part of the school houses the kitchen, three classroom units and a main hall fully equipped for physical education. It also has two playgrounds and access to two fields. There is a large well-equipped library and a separate dining room, two huts and a solar heated swimming pool in the playground. Extra-curricular activities include volleyball, netball, French, football and short tennis. The school aims to create an environment where everyone feels valued and appreciated.
