Redruth School, in the heart of Cornwall, is a mixed 11 to 18 plus school on a single campus. It is genuinely comprehensive taking pride both in its strong academic traditions and in the provision made for special educational needs. The school has 14 science laboratories, 10 technology workshops and seven special information and communication technology rooms. It has a well stocked library and specialist rooms for English, mathematics, modern languages and business. It has excellent sporting facilities including a sports hall, gymnasium, indoor swimming pool and playing fields. The school aims to provide for every child a broad, balanced and relevant curriculum supported by effective and caring guidance.
