Background:
Treleigh Community Primary School is situated on the eastern outskirts of Redruth. In addition to the seven classrooms and the Buzy Bees pre-school group, there are areas for a library and small group work. All of the classrooms are spacious and very well equipped. The school has fostered excellent links with the local church. Children visit the church regularly. There are school teams for athletics, football, netball, swimming, cross-country and cricket. The school has a choir that goes from strength to strength and has achieved considerable success at local level. Educational visits are also arranged from time to time. The school aims to provide a safe, caring and stimulating environment in which all children are provided with the opportunities to achieve their full potential.
