Foxhole primary School is a mixed junior and infants school situated in the village of Foxhole. The school was built in 1910, but there have been substantial changes in recent years including the addition of a new computer suite and reception centre. Foxhole has a range of extra-curricular activities including football, netball, athletics, cricket, cross country, calligraphy, verse speaking, keep fit and recorder. The school has been league winners in football and cricket and has 'strong' community links. Foxhole school is 'highly regarded for its happy caring atmosphere and within this the children are encouraged to develop their social skills, build relationships with other children and show sensitivity to the feelings and needs of others'.
