Background:
Kennall Vale School replaced St Gluvias School in March 1993. It has 'modern, purpose-built and superbly well-maintained' facilties including three classrooms, a hall and separate library which includes a 12-workstation computer suite. The Friends of Kennall Vale work 'actively' to support the school, providing funding and organising social events. Kennall Vale provides a learning environment which is secure, structured, motivating, exciting, caring, but above all happy. The school's main aim is to help all children to develop a high self-esteem in order to meet the challenge of attaining high academic achievement. The school motto "Happy to Learn Together" reflects the school's unity and commitment.
